Repair or Replace: How We Help You Decide


We give every customer an honest recommendation on repair versus replacement. Our business is built on repeat customers and referrals, and we earn those by giving the right advice, not by selling replacements when a repair will do the job.

We recommend repair when the system is under 15 years old, the repair cost falls below 50% of the replacement cost, and there are no safety-critical faults present, particularly cracked heat exchangers or carbon monoxide risk.
